How do I create an account?
To create an account, download the app, open it, and follow the on-screen instructions. If you signed up via Apple or Google, your account is automatically created.
How do I reset my password?
Go to the login screen and tap "Forgot Password." Follow the instructions to receive a reset link via email.
Subscription & Billing
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription via:
- iOS: Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions and select our app.
- Web: Log in to your account and visit the Subscription section.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund by going to Apple's refund page.
